Who delivers my Starlink kit?
If you ordered a kit directly from Starlink, Starlink arranges dispatch and sends you the carrier and tracking details. Satworks arranges installations; we cannot select or change the courier for an order on your Starlink account. For the most reliable answer, open your Starlink order and follow its tracking link.

For DHL international parcels, use the tracking link, DHL Express or DHL Paket help. DHL Express also lists a WhatsApp contact at +49 173 54 64 461. These contacts are for delivery matters, not Starlink service or billing support.
How do I track the parcel?
Check the dispatch email or open the Orders area in your Starlink account or app. Select the order and use the carrier link shown there. Tracking can take a little time to become active after a dispatch email.
Can Satworks expedite a Starlink shipment?
We cannot change Starlink’s fulfilment queue or promise a delivery date. Check the estimated date in your Starlink order. Once it has shipped, ask the carrier about a delivery preference through its tracking page. If your installation appointment depends on the kit arriving, let Satworks know so we can discuss scheduling.
