You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account and credit card (or other applicable payment mechanism) at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

4. Shipping and Delivery

SatWorks ships products to customers using a range of shipping providers. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping provider and the destination of the product. SatWorks is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the shipping provider.

5. Returns and Refunds

SatWorks accepts returns of products within 30 days of the date of purchase. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were received. SatWorks will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, but will not refund any shipping charges.
