Planning and access
Identify hazardous-area boundaries, permit requirements and any restrictions on electrical or radio equipment before the survey. Standard communications equipment must not be assumed suitable for a hazardous area. Any work needing specialist hazardous-area equipment or competence requires separate assessment and agreement.

No. The site operator must approve the equipment and its location. We need the site restrictions and proposed working area before confirming whether a standard installation is suitable.
Can you work with our existing IT provider?
We can agree the physical connection and handover with your IT team. Share the proposed router, network layout and responsibilities before work starts so installation and configuration requirements are clear.
What information do you need for a quote?
