About the Role
Sat-Works are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Starlink Installation Engineer to join our growing team. This is a field-based role installing and configuring Starlink satellite broadband systems at residential and commercial properties on a subcontractor basis.
This position is customer-facing, so professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure Starlink satellite systems at customer premises
- Mount and align satellite dishes safely and securely
- Run and secure cabling neatly and professionally
- Test connectivity and ensure optimal performance
- Educate customers on system use and basic troubleshooting
- Provide excellent customer service at every appointment
- Complete installation reports and required documentation
- Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
Requirements
- Experience in an installation role (telecoms, satellite, broadband, AV, or similar desirable)
- Strong customer service skills and professional manner
- Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
- Good problem-solving ability
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules
