Sat-Works is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Starlink Installation Engineer to join our growing team. This is a field-based role installing and configuring Starlink satellite broadband systems at residential and commercial properties.
This position is customer-facing, so professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.
A company van, specialist tools, pension, and healthcare are all provided.
Install and configure Starlink satellite systems at customer premises
Mount and align satellite dishes safely and securely
Run and secure cabling neatly and professionally
Test connectivity and ensure optimal performance
Educate customers on system use and basic troubleshooting
Provide excellent customer service at every appointment
Complete installation reports and required documentation
Adhere to health and safety standards at all times
Experience in an installation role (telecoms, satellite, broadband, AV, or similar desirable)
Strong customer service skills and professional manner
Comfortable working at heights and outdoors
Good problem-solving ability
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently and manage daily schedules
