How Long from start to finish does a standard installation usually take your engineer to complete?
Standardly Starlink roof installations will take our engineers between 1-2 hours.
When installing Starlink will you need to drill a hole through the wall ?
Yes, it is necessary to drill a hole through your wall to be able to pull the cable through from the Starlink dish to inside your property to connect to the Starlink router. Our friendly Starlink engineer will explain this to you on the day of installation and will also make sure that when he leaves everything is left tidied and watertight.
Will i have broadband up and running by the time the engineer leaves?
Yes, Our Starlink Installers will make sure your new fast broadband service will be up and running before they leave your property.
What happens if the engineer cannot get srvice coverage at my location?
If in the event we are not able to get a service for you we will then provide you a partial refund. We will bill for a site survey.
Will the whole of my property receive a Wifi signal under my new Starlink Service ?
For some properties this will be the case but if you do live in a larger property or if you know that the structure of you property is more dense than normal than please advise us. We have a wide range of products to make sure that you can receive a fantastic Wi-Fi signal around the whole of your property.
